Whole Grain Cocoa powder is made by a gentle thermal conditioning of cocoa beans, which retains more of the bean's natural flavors and nutrients, and includes the shells which are a source of fiber, pectine, theobromine, and antioxidants.

Roasting can give cocoa powder a blunt and slightly bitter flavor profile. It's the flavor commonly associated with traditional cocoa powder used in baking and hot chocolate. This bitter flavor is compensated by using calcium carbonate or potasium carbonate to alcalize the powder.

For two servings put in the blender or mixer:

One ripe banana
4 table spoons of oatmeal flakes
2 table spoons of Whole Grain Cocoa Bean Powder
1 cup of water
1 cup of your favorite dairy or non dairy milk
Your preferred natural sweetener

Hot chocolate

For one serving put it in your cup directly or in the mixer

2 table spoons of Whole Grain Cocoa Bean Powder
1/4 cup of hot water
3/4 cup of your favorite dairy or non dairy milk
Grinded Cardamom
Cinamon
Your preferred natural sweetener

Lava Cake

For one serving put it in your cup directly or in the mixer

Mixed together until creamy:

3 eggs, pinch of salt and 1 cup of sugar mixed together
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of Whole Grain Cocoa Bean Powder
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of melted butter after mixing the other ingredients
Pour in a muffin cupp pan with melted butter for non sticking and dust with cocoa powder
Bake for 5-7 minutes in muffin pan in preheated oven at 370 F (190 C)
Let cool for 3-5 minutes before serving on plate dusted with cocoa!
